Dark, powerful and yet aromatic – the best tea choice for your CHAI
Dark, powerful and very aromatic, this black tea blend has been developed to match the pallet of Middle Eastern’s Karak Chai aficionados. CTC stands for cut, tear and curl machine and it’s the process behind the production.
For this blend we use teas from the north Indian state of Assam, South India and some strong African teas.
Recipe: Boil the tea for 15min, add sugar, cardamom (and saffron) and milk and you have your perfect CHAI.
